Guidance on Use of New Law Regarding National/Regional Contracts
Recently Governor Christie enacted P.L.2011, c.139 into law. This law affects public contracting laws for all government contracting agencies by permitting agencies to use contracts awarded by “national” or “regional” cooperatives or other states that were competitively bid.

CASE STUDY:
Germantown Academy
A fully accredited, private, PreK–12 school, was preparing to demolish and rebuild both the Middle and Upper School facilities. The goal was to meet the current student’s needs, as well as future technological expansion, all while maintaining network, data, voice, and alarm systems for the entire campus during the one-year construction project.
